- Day equals Night today.
- Vernal Equinox is today (dance under the moon, baby!) - A fancy name for the equal day and night thing... happens again in September. This is the time when the days get longer than the nights; and the opposite happens in September.
- There is a Full Moon on Friday (I follow the moon. It calls me.)
- Good Friday is this Friday
- I finally saw two Robins in our yard, today! They are in the photo above. Aren't they on time!!
- Easter is this Sunday (The date also has to do with full moons. Easter is on the first Sunday following the first Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox).
Thank God it's the first day of spring!!!

Andi, I follow the moon, too. I sat outside and watched it rise this evening--Gorgeous!!
You are so right!! I love the robins! Have not seen any yet! Have heard a red-winged black bird, and there was a dead skunk on the side of the road, which is a sure sign of spring here! Keri
